The heart of the Problem of Egyptian Industry lies in reaching a high level of technology through research and development.
It should be known that a favorable competitive position in world market depends importantly on higher productivity and high techn- ological of our products.
This research work will attempt to emphasize the importance of many variables presented in the proposed Models as determining research and development. In particular, an attempt will be made to develop a statistical investigation of the effect of different variables on the decision making process in research and development.
Our work is in two parts: the first treats the data and introduces concepts used, while the second focuses on the proposed Models and the statistical techniques used.
