Most of the logical decisions in Computers require the comparison of two or more numbers. It is the purpose of this paper to present a technique for comparing two binary numbers. A general Boolean formula for the comparison of two binary numbers having any size of digits is deduced. The importance of such a formula is that it directly supplies the logician with the logical structure of the comparator. It has immediate application in connection with special purpose digital Computers.
